There are a few stagers that feel like their services are worth thousands of dollars and maybe in some cases properties need that much work. However, every home is different and we make every effort to use what you have to enhance the properties assets. We will make recommendations of purchases or rentals only if we feel that it is totally necessary.
Our services offer 2 hour consultations, 1/2 day staging or full day staging. We focus on the key areas to make the biggest positive impact on the buyers first impression. Once these areas are staged you can apply the same concepts to the rest of the house with our suggestions. If you don't feel comfortable with your skills we will be happy to finish it for you.
